Service Description

This course meets every 4 weeks throughout the year to provide you with a new customer service challenge and guidance on completing the assignment. By the end of the year, demonstrated return on investment (ROI) and/or return on expectation (ROE) will be achieved. This course is ideal for customer service department leaders, operations managers, and small business owners but is suitable for those wishing to obtain a leadership role by proving their ability to lead improvement initiatives.

Session dates are listed in the booking and we strongly encourage you to attend all listed sessions to get the most out of this course. However, we understand that life happens, so we will provide a recording after each session in case someone misses it or wants to review the content. It is your responsibility to watch the recording and complete the in-class assignments and homework prior to the next session. Refunds will not be provided to participants who miss sessions or drop out of the course. In-class assignments and homework are a critical part of your success in this course. If, at any time, you struggle with an assignment, please reach out to your instructor as soon as possible for guidance - they are here to ensure your success both inside and out of class. All sessions are recorded and provided to participants of the class after the session for review of the content. These recordings are only shared with your assigned class and will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not consent to recordings, please contact your instructor prior to the date of the first session. This course qualifies for continuing education credits for most fields. If a continuing education certificate is needed, please contact your instructor. If you are unsure if the course meets your field's continuing education requirements, your instructor can provide guidance on most fields. Ability to qualify for continuing education credits or to provide guidance on the topic is not guaranteed but we do our best to help everyone get what they need.
